What is the dress code: Cocktail (examples include dresses, skirts, suits, pants and sport jackets, etc.)



When is the RSVP deadline? Please RSVP online by August 1st.



How do I get to the wedding venue? You can Uber/Lyft or park in one of the two large parking lots. Hardywood has allowed any guests who may need to leave their car overnight.



What time should I arrive to the ceremony? Please arrive by 4:45 p.m. (15 minutes before the ceremony starts).



Can I bring my kids? While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event.



Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors? The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be in an outdoor tent.



Can I take pictures during the ceremony or reception to post on social media? Sure. Just make sure the flash is off!



Do you have a wedding registry? Yes, we are registered with Zola. There is a link under the Gift Registry tab above.



Can I bring my gift to the wedding? Should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.



Most importantly... Is the wedding an open bar: Yes!



When will the reception end? The reception ends at 10 p.m. but we have the Hyatt Hotel Bar in Short Pump reserved for our group until 12:30am.
